is a 60 minutes hatha yoga class led by demonstration rather than instruction. A silent class explores group practice in a whole new way. It is designed to harness your concentration and turn it inward by listening to your breath, making your class a moving meditation and expression of your being.

POWER VINYASA - 60 minutes
is a dynamic class where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout the practice. Students work through a series of poses, moving smoothly from one posture to the next, designed to produce an internal heat to purify the body. ​YIN YOGA - 60 minutes
is a slow paced-styled of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. With the aim of increasing circulation to the joints, poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body.
