is an all-level class that is designed to take your full body workout to the next level. We use dumbbells and resistance bands to create a fantastic workout that is sure to challenge and change your body and mind in the best way! This class is low impact and we use therapeutic and mindful muscle activation so that you feel stronger, happier and healthier after each class! All fitness levels welcome!

Hot Yoga
is a traditional sequence comprised of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures performed in a heated room. This sequence systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood throughout the body, stimulating each organ and tissue, restoring systems back to health. It is an exhilarating and rejuvenating practice which works through the entire body. With regular practice, muscle tone and vibrant good health will follow! Power Vinyasa
is a dynamic class where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout the practice. Students work through a series of poses, moving smoothly from one posture to the next, designed to produce an internal heat to purify the body. It is a powerful and energetic style of yoga that works your mobility, focus, strength, and cardiovascular system. An accessible and rewarding practice!

Yin Yoga
is a slow paced-styled of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. With the aim of increasing circulation to the joints, poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body. A meditative approach to yoga, yin aims to help you cultivate awareness of your inner space, while working on your flexibility. Highly recommended! Add some yin to your yang!
